BILLY & BOO THANK YOU FOR MAKING A PURCHASE. WE HOPE YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT. IF YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MAY RETURN YOUR ITEM/S WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR GOODS. YOU MAY WISH TO RETURN YOUR ITEM/S IN EXCHANGE FOR SOMETHING ELSE OTHERWISE WE WILL ISSUE YOUR RETURN ON A STORE CREDIT NOTE (WHICH CAN BE USED ONLINE WITHIN 12 MONTHS), FOLLOWING THE STATED BILLY & BOO EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY:
EXCHANGE/ RETURN POLICY:
- EXCHANGES/RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
- IF YOU SIMPLY CHANGE YOUR MIND YOU CAN RETURN YOUR ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE OR A STORE CREDIT NOTE. FULL MONEY BACK RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED ON FAULTY ITEMS (SEE BELOW FOR FULL TERMS).
- STORE CREDIT NOTES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE OR REFUNDABLE
- EXCHANGES/RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON JEWELLERY, BODYSUITS OR SWIMWEAR.
- ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION. THE ITEM MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED AND UNALTERED.
- ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED TO THE ITEM. ANY ITEM OF CLOTHING THAT HAS THE ORIGINAL TAGS REMOVED CANNOT BE RETURNED.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATIONS ON ORDERS WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN DISPATCHED. IF YOUR ORDER IS ALREADY IN THE PROCESS OF BEING DISPATCHED WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL IT.
- WE DO NOT EXCHANGE/RETURN FOR A CHANGE OF MIND ON ANY PRE-ORDERS. PRE-ORDERS ARE SPECIFICALLY MADE TO ORDER FOR CUSTOMERS UPON AN ORDER BEING MADE. IF YOUR ORDER IS ALREADY IN THE PROCESS OF BEING PRE-ORDERED OR YOU’VE RECEIVED IT AND CHANGE YOUR MIND, YOU CAN NOT EXCHANGE/RETURN IT.
- IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY THAT ALL EXCHANGE/RETURNED GOODS ARE SENT BACK USING A METHOD THAT IS TRACEABLE BY WAY OF A TRACKING NUMBER. IF BY CHANCE YOUR PARCEL GETS LOST IN THE MAIL, BILLY & BOO ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE AND WILL THEREFORE NOT REFUND TO COMPENSATE THE CUSTOMER.
- IN THE CASE OF A EXCHANGE/RETURN DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE ISSUED WITH A STORE CREDIT NOTE WITH THE VALUE AMOUNT THAT WAS SPENT ON THE RETURNED ITEM/S (EXCLUDING ANY ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES). IF A CUSTOMER RECEIVED THE FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING PROMO, A FLAT RATE AMOUNT OF $10 AUD WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THEIR TOTAL STORE CREDIT NOTE VALUE.
- SALE ITEMS OR REDUCED ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A PROMOTION PERIOD (INCLUDING THE USE OF A DISCOUNT CODE) ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS POLICY. PLEASE PURCHASE CAREFULLY!
EXCHANGE/ RETURN POLICY FOR FAULTY ITEMS:
- FULL MONEY BACK RETURNS/EXCHANGES ARE ONLY ACCEPTED ON FAULTY ITEMS CLAIMED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. FAULTY CLAIMS OUTSIDE OF THIS TIME PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- BILLY & BOO DO NOT OFFER FULL MONEY BACK RETURNS IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND BASED ON INCORRECT CHOICE BASED ON FIT OR STYLE OR FABRIC USED IN GARMENTS, HOW THE FABRIC LOOKED ON SCREEN, HOW YOU THOUGHT IT WOULD LOOK OR ANY OTHER ISSUE RELATED TO SCREEN LIGHTING OR OTHERWISE. IN THIS CASE YOU WILL BE ISSUED WITH A STORE CREDIT NOTE (TO BE USED ONLINE WITHIN 12 MONTHS).
- YOU MUST EMAIL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY FAULTY ITEMS. ONCE YOU GAIN APPROVAL FROM OUR TEAM FOR A FULL REFUND, YOU WILL PROVIDED WITH A RETURN ADDRESS.
- ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION. THE ITEM MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED AND UNALTERED.
- ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED TO THE ITEM. ANY ITEM OF CLOTHING THAT HAS THE ORIGINAL TAGS REMOVED CANNOT BE RETURNED.
- IN THE CASE OF A FULL REFUND ON A FAULTY ITEM, THE SHIPPING FEE TO RETURN THE ITEM/S BACK TO BILLY & BOO IS ORIGINALLY ABSORBED BY THE CUSTOMER. THE CUSTOMER WILL THEN BE REFUNDED: THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE RETURNED ITEM/S, THEIR ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEE (IF SHIPPING FEE WAS PAID), AND A FLAT RATE $10 TO COMPENSATE FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE COSTS.
- ALL REFUNDS WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER THE WAY IT WAS ORIGINALLY PAID.

- IF YOU ORDER A PRE-ORDER ITEM IN CONJUNCTION WITH A READY-TO-WEAR ITEM, THIS WILL DELAY YOUR WHOLE ORDER BEING SHIPPED IMMEDIATELY. YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED ONCE YOUR PRE-ORDER ITEM IS MADE. TO AVOID ANY DELAYS IN RECEIVING YOUR ORDER, WE RECOMMEND YOU ORDER READY-TO-WEAR ITEMS SEPARATELY TO PRE-ORDERS.
