WE ANTICIPATE TO GET YOUR ORDER PROCESSED AND DELIVERED BY THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY, HOWEVER PLEASE DO ALLOW US UP TO 3 DAYS TO DISPATCH OUT YOUR GOODS. PLEASE BARE THIS IN MIND BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE.

Generally your order will be ready for collection the following business day. If you choose this option you will receive an email once your order is ready. Please wait for this email before you come to pick up your order. All pickups are strictly by appointment. In your email there will be time slots where you can book a time to pick up your order.
Sendle Flat Rate - $29
This is for metro addresses (excludes regional zones).
This option would suit you if your ordering flower items that fit into x1 box 80x20x20cm. If your order exceeds this box size and we need to use another box to pack your order - you will be invoiced separately from us after your transaction is made. Items which are wider in dimension (palms or long stem flowers), fragile (such as homewares/vases)- Please select "Freight Invoiced Separately" and we will invoice you for freight after you have paid for your order.
AUSPOST Flat Rate - $39
This is for metro addresses (excludes regional zones).
This option would suit you if your ordering flower items that fit into x1 box 100x40x40cm. If your order exceeds this box size and we need to use another box to pack your order - you will be invoiced separately from us after your transaction is made. Items which fragile (such as homewares/vases)- Please select "Freight Invoiced Separately" and we will invoice you for freight after you have paid for your order.
Freight Invoiced Separately -
This option must be selected if your order is; being shipped to a regional zone, a bulky item (such as Hydrangeas, Palms, Long stem items), fragile items (including all homewares and vases) or more than x1 box (If your ordering in volume).
Select this option and proceed to payment. Once we receive your order we will revise it and contact you directly with freight options. We like to offer you the best rates possible on freight, which is why we use: TNT and Bluestar Logistics.
Please be cautions - If you are ordering ceramics, We will not send loose boxes with any freight company. We advise you to increase your order to a total of 3+ boxes as we will pack your order onto a skid/pallet for delivery. This will allow your order to be transported more safely and will likely reduce the risk of breakages during transit.
